Mission
	Transworld Medical Center (TMC) seeks to provide the missing link in health care management through excellence in health care delivery, cutting edge trans technology in allopathic medicine with naturopathic adjuncts, universal access and amenable insurance options in our target population consisting of the retired expatriate, a Belizean residents.
	Priority
	The current priority is on the development the Transworld Hospital which provides 24-hour urgent care, diagnostic laboratory, diagnostic imaging including radiography and MRI, surgery, dialysis, a heliport to facilitate medical evacuation, and response to traumatic or infectious injury characterized by endocrine, metabolic and immunologic alterations.
	Vision
	The vision is eventually, a timeline of three to five years, to include clerkships, externships, residencies, and post-doctoral fellowships commensurate with the development of Transworld Medical University and a full scope teaching hospital. Transworld Medical University consists of an off-shore, accredited School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Medical Technology, and prepares students for respective licensing in the United States. The Transworld Veterinary Clinic offers state-of-the-art health care delivery in small animal medicine, and complements the humane society, SAGA.  The Transworld Medical Center preludes a 55-and-plus senior homes and assisted living project and seeks to answer diverse medical needs of our rapidly developing island.    To get an update on the current situation of the Belize Health System, refer webpage of the Guide to Belize Guide to Belize, where you can find a health section.
